Dr. Tracy A. Celaya, MBA | PMP | CPC

Dr. Celaya is President and Principal Consultant for GO Consulting International, LLC, and Arizona-based HR consultancy. She is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and credited with over 15 years of expertise in training and development, facilitation, leadership development, change management, performance consulting, diversity & inclusion, career coaching, and project management. She is an Unconventional Solutionist focused on achieving results needed for a productive, profitable business with a skilled, sustainable workforce. Tracy is accomplished at building and motivating high-performing teams and leaders, effective training, and engaging presentations.

Dr. Celaya is currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, American Society for Training & Development, Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Project Management Institute, and National Association of Women Business Owners. Her education and professional credentials include:

Crystal Palermo, MAHD | CPC

Crystal Palermo is a Leadership and Change expert known for her sharp problem-solving skills and progressive solutions. She is a leadership, diversity, inclusion, and change expert. As Principal Consultant for GO Consulting Int’l Crystal partners with senior executives, small business professionals, and leaders to improve change initiatives, facilitate behavior change, and address health & wellness to enhance balance, engagement, and productivity. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Dynamics and is a certified Performance Consultant.

Shannon Butler, BSMkt | BSMgt | CPC

Shannon is a Senior Consultant and excels in employee and process improvement analysis across organizational levels. She is credited with over 12 years in training and development, learning/performance consulting, instructional design and strategic process implementation. Shannon works with clients to develop interactive lessons, to differentiate instruction, and create cooperative learning opportunities to increase employee change management adoption and organizational efficiency. Shannon has earned a Bachelor of Science in Management, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and is a certified Performance Consultant.

Colleen MacCallum, MAEd

Colleen is a senior consultant and respected servant leader endorsed and recognized for staff development and program management. She has spent over thirty years developing people, programs, and organizations to continuously improve through strategic objectives and leveraging strengths to build cohesive high-functioning teams. Colleen is focused on talent acquisition and development, excellence in learning, employee engagement, recognition and retention, and succession planning for organizational growth.

Colleen has experience as a consultant in security and event management for Major League Baseball; Arizona Fall League and Oakland Athletics, as well as, Big 4 Restaurants. She has also worked with several small businesses and start-ups to conduct feasibility studies, evaluate practices for efficiency, role definition and clarity, and increase revenue-generating activities. Colleen has a diverse background in Education, Non-Profits, Construction, Banking, Public Safety, and Event Security. Colleen focuses on driving for measurable results by analyzing business practices and identifying gaps, formulating and implementing strategic plans for motivating, strategic planning, communication strategies, and professional sustainable coaching.
